How long does it take to ship?
In-stock products usually ship within 7 business days. Built-to-order and custom items follow the production window listed on the product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do.Trainers can ship worldwide.Live blades are only shipped where legal. It’s your responsibility to check your local laws.We are not responsible for customs delays, seizures, or international packages lost in transit.
Can I change my shipping address after I order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP. Once it’s in transit, we can’t make any changes.
Can I combine two orders into one shipment?
If both orders were placed before either shipped, we can try to combine them. Send us a message at [email protected].
Can I pick up my order in person?
We do not currently offer in person pick up for orders.
What’s the status of my order?
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled.
