What does the MachineWise warranty cover?
We cover all manufacturing defects, including machining errors, anodization blemishes, and sharpening issues.
What’s not covered?
Any damage caused by misuse, modification, or poor tuning is not covered.You can read the full Warranty & Return Policy for more info.
Do you offer tune-ups or servicing?
Yes. We offer select services through MW Lab (formerly Spa Service), our in-house service program. For more details on available options and how to send in your knife, check out the MW Lab page.

What kind of repair services or modifications do we offer?
All products can be completely repaired through the MW Lab (formerly Spa Service) or via warranty. MachineWise does not currently offer modification services.

What happens if I lose hardware on my knife?
Replacement hardware can be purchased by sending an email to [email protected]
Do you offer replacements for scales?
Replacement scales can be purchased through MW Lab (formerly Spa Service). This is a send in service as the knife must be tuned around the new scales.
Do you offer replacements for blades?
Replacement blades can be purchased through the MW Lab (formerly Spa Service). This is a send in service as the knife must be tuned around the new blade.
